Movies that feel like Infirmary (2026)
A guard vanished on his first night at an old psych hospital in 2023. His bodycam footage shows unexplainable incidents that continue to baffle investigators.
If you loved Infirmary, the closest films we have are Incantation (2022), The Eye (2002) and Kill, Baby... Kill! (1966). All three share Infirmary's dread and unsettling feel, which is what we rank on before quality.
Seen the big three already? The under-the-radar pick below is White Zombie (1932).

If Infirmary hit the spot, these will too
Both are working the same pair: found footage, tense
Horror built on dread, twice over
Unsettling horror, and it commits to that
Horror with a pulse of dread, in both cases
The shared currency is unease
Both play horror straight
Cut from the same horror cloth

Both are horror through and through
